  • Handle direct payroll or wages
  • Act as an employment agency

Any agreement for work is made directly between the student and the employer.

3. User Responsibilities

Students must:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Only accept suitable work opportunities
  • Communicate professionally

Employers must:

  • Provide clear job and shift details
  • Pay students fairly and as agreed
  • Comply with applicable UK laws and regulations

4. Payments

Payments are arranged directly between students and employers unless otherwise clearly stated.

We are not responsible for:

  • Unpaid wages
  • Late payments
  • Payment disputes
  • Financial transactions between users

5. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Job quality or employer conduct
  • Workplace conditions or safety
  • Disputes between users
  • Any direct or indirect losses arising from platform use

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

6. SIA / Security Roles

For security-related roles, employers are responsible for verifying that a student holds a valid SIA licence where required.

We do not independently verify licences, badges, or legal work eligibility for specific regulated roles.

7. Account Usage

We may suspend or remove accounts that:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Misuse the platform
  • Harass other users
  • Violate these terms
